“The vision of the shoot originated when a coworker of mine drove his 1957 Chevy truck to work one day and knew that was going to be the focus of our shoot. The next step was location. Shooting at an airport really stuck out to me, I loved the industrial look of the patina’s hangars and how they would work well with the rusted/patina of the truck. Together, we created map bunting, table cloths, baking pie pops, ordering vintage coke bottles and scouring our houses for map elements. We settled on something simple and a vintage feel for the first outfit and more dressed up and timeless for the second. “
