so excited to be able to share the work of

here’s a little more from the wedding from Jonas:

“Christina & Adam’s DIY backyard wedding on the shore of Lake Washington was truly gorgeous!! The wedding was a homespun yet elegant celebration of Latino heritage where food and family took center stage. Everyone played a part in making the day happen. Christina’s Aunt Lisa created all the floral arrangements which were used for the bouquets and decorations. Another close family member loaned the bride and groom their amazing home on Lake Washington where the wedding and reception took place. Family members prepared fresh oysters and home cooked Tamales for hors d’oeuvre’s. That evening as the sun set a truly incredible home cooked mexican feast was served up to everyone family style. It was amazing how well they were able to self cater the large event. They also did a beautiful job turning the home into a wedding venue- hanging silver streamers from the trees, and making DIY signs informing guests where the bar, ceremony, and reception areas were to be. After the ceremony, everyone moved to the front-yard for a Mariachi band and dancing while the backyard was turned into a dining area with floral arrangements on the tables and press printed thank you cards on every plate. After dinner, the house turned into a waterfront disco. There was dancing all night (I think my favorite part was when a couple of the young boys helped out by taking over the bar and lining up whiskey shots and beer for the much bigger kids). The evening was simple, fun, elegant, and full of love!”
